As a General Manager at Chipotle, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of managing the full lifecycle of employees, from recruitment and hiring to ongoing people development and performance management. You will utilize Chipotle’s extensive training tools and resources to cultivate crew members, shift leaders, and apprentices, empowering them to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Your operational duties will include managing schedules, controlling profit and loss (P&L), sales forecasting, and maintaining rigorous food safety and compliance standards.

The role demands a hands-on leadership approach, ensuring that the restaurant delivers fast, accurate, and guest-focused service, and that digital orders are fulfilled timely. This position also requires a strong focus on maintaining a clean, attractive dining environment and achieving the restaurant's financial targets, including sales and cash flow goals. Working a flexible schedule that covers lunch, dinner, and weekends, you will provide leadership and continuity during all hours of operation.
