The role offered is for a leadership position at Mo' Bettahs, focusing on executing the brand's standards daily and ensuring a high-performing restaurant environment. You will be accountable for both front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) operations, including cleanliness, food quality, sales growth, and team development. Compensation for this position ranges from $55,000 to $70,000 annually with potential monthly and annual bonuses based on performance metrics such as store sales and employee retention.
