The role at Mo' Bettahs focuses on leadership and management within the restaurant. The successful candidate will be expected to lead daily brand execution, ensuring operations are running smoothly in both front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) positions. They will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness standards throughout the establishment and contributing to sales growth by enhancing customer experiences. This person will serve as the primary point of contact for all customer service matters and is responsible for overall customer reviews, ensuring quality food preparation in accordance with company standards and procedures, coordinating weekly meetings with key management team members like the Manager in Training, Off-Premise Coordinator, and Certified Trainer. Additional responsibilities include reviewing employee schedules, completing various weekly reports, managing online orders and inventory, and upholding company policies related to health, safety, sanitation, and security. The role demands a thorough understanding of Mo' Bettahs culture and values, and the ability to motivate and lead staff while embodying the aloha spirit.
Ideal candidates are those who possess at least two years of managerial experience, have successfully promoted team members, and demonstrated aptitude in developing talent within a team. Compensation for this position includes a competitive base salary ranging from $55,000 to $70,000 annually, with potential monthly bonuses based on store performance metrics, and a monthly stay bonus, contributing to an engaging incentive structure. Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Two or more years managing up to 40 team members in business or food management
- Proven track record of successfully promoting team members
- Experience in identifying and developing talent within a team
- Ability to make difficult personnel decisions
- Perform other duties as assigned

Job Duties
- Lead the execution of the brand daily
- Competent in all FOH and BOH positions
- Responsible for the cleanliness of the restaurant, FOH and BOH
- Responsible for Same Store Sales growth
- Responsible for line speed to be measured using transaction times
- Serve as primary point of contact for all customer service matters and responsible for overall customer reviews
- Handle the execution of quality food following proper procedures and Mo' Bettahs standards
- Coordinate and lead weekly meetings with Manager in Training, Off-Premise Coordinator, and Certified Trainer
- Review weekly employee schedules
- Complete weekly reports, self-reporting, people PAR staffing guide, complete online ordering, inventory, etc.
- Have a thorough knowledge of the Mo' Bettahs culture
- Follow all company standards for health, safety, sanitation, security, and maintain a neat and clean appearance
- Adhere to and ensure all employees follow proper policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook
