As a General Manager at Red Lobster, you will play a pivotal role in leading restaurant operations by managing a team of managers and crew members. Your leadership will be instrumental in upholding Red Lobster's core principles and driving a culture centered on operational excellence. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • 5+ years management experience in restaurant, hotel, retail, or general business
  • proven leadership and performance record of success as a casual dining or full-service restaurant manager
  • ServSafe and local or state regulatory certificates or ability to obtain required
  • proficiency in verbal and written English

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • 5+ years management experience in restaurant, hotel, retail, or general business
  • 3+ years consistent achievement of highly distinguished business results as a restaurant manager preferred
  • demonstrated excellence in service and culinary management positions
  • proven leadership and success record as a casual dining/full-service restaurant manager
  • ServSafe and local or state regulatory certificates or ability to obtain required
  • proficiency in verbal and written English
  • bachelor’s degree preferred
