The General Manager position at TEAM Schostak Family Restaurants is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing both the operational and financial performance of a restaurant location. Candidates for this role must have prior experience either as an Assistant General Manager or a Unit General Manager in a similar multi-unit restaurant operation, demonstrating strong leadership capabilities and a proven track record in meeting and exceeding business goals. Additionally, completion of the Apple II Management training program is required, ensuring the candidate possesses the necessary management skills and business acumen to succeed. Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, hospitality or hotel/restaurant management or related discipline or equivalent professional experience
- Assistant general manager or prior unit general manager experience with a similar organization
- Completion of Apple II Management training
- Minimum 7+ years of multi-unit restaurant management experience with direct P&L accountability

Job Duties
- Ensures prompt, friendly service according to company guidelines
- Builds a culture using the vision/mission statement to guide values
- Ensures immediate response and correction of all verbal guest complaints
- Ensures guest experience priority with target 100% table visitation
- Teaches and enforces alcohol awareness and builds relationships with local authorities
- Maintains adequate inventory levels and ensures product preparation and presentation meet standards
- Participates in community activities to increase sales and awareness
- Implements and executes incentive contests and educates team members on promotions
- Oversees and schedules team members to meet sales demands

- Selects new team members based on competency

- Documents and manages disciplinary actions
