Job Description
Flynn Group entered the Panera system in 2015 with the acquisition of 47 cafes and has since grown to become the second largest Panera franchisee in the world by expanding through building new stores and acquiring other franchise operators. Flynn Panera operates as a franchisee of Panera Bread and follows a decentralized business model where each geographic area is led by a Market Leader. Under the Market Leader, Area Directors manage several cafes, and General Managers oversee the overall operations of their respective cafes. Assistant Managers support General Managers by managing individual departments and daily operational tasks, while Team Managers complete the leadership structure. Flynn Panera is part of Flynn Group, which was founded in 1999 and is now the largest franchise operator worldwide, managing a diverse portfolio of well-known brands such as Applebee's, Arby’s, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, Wendy’s, and Planet Fitness. Job Requirements
- At least 3 years restaurant management experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Degree or equivalent experience in Hospitality or Hotel/Restaurant Management preferred
- Serve Safe Food Certification a plus
- Must have the Run it Like you Own It mentality
