The role of General Manager at Jimmy Fresh is a dynamic and hands-on leadership position where you will be responsible for driving the store's culture, performance, guest satisfaction, and team development. The compensation package for this role includes a base salary of $45,000, with an annual bonus potential of up to 30%, paid out monthly based on store performance, making it a true incentive for operational excellence.
