As a General Manager at Wendy's, you will oversee all people and operations for your restaurant, playing a critical leadership role in driving the business’s success. This position requires managing the entire restaurant team, fostering a positive and fun work environment wherein the team’s morale, motivation, and engagement consistently thrive. You will be the key figure ensuring operations run smoothly, focusing on customer service excellence, training effectiveness, sales and profit growth, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

Your role extends to managing the Profit and Loss (P&L) statement closely to control costs and meet financial targets by identifying growth opportunities in revenue and improvements in everyday processes. You will empower your leadership team and staff by creating a culture of accountability and high performance while actively embodying Wendy’s core values. This includes promoting proper procedures, prioritizing food safety, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
