Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 4-6 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in full-service or fine dining establishments
- proven leadership skills with experience coaching and developing teams
- strong financial management capabilities including budgeting and labor control
- excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- hands-on leadership style and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- passion for hospitality and guest experience excellence

Job Duties

- organize and lead pre-shift meetings that align the team around service excellence and operational goals
- oversee all daily restaurant operations, including front and back of house
- ensure consistent execution of company standards, policies, and procedures
- monitor restaurant cleanliness, safety, maintenance, and overall guest experience
- manage opening and closing procedures and ensure operational accountability across all shifts
- participate in management meetings and collaborate with ownership and leadership teams
- build meaningful connections with guests and cultivate a welcoming atmosphere
- address guest concerns promptly and professionally
- maintain a strong floor presence to support service, team members, and guest satisfaction
- champion hospitality standards and create memorable dining experiences

- oversee budgets, payroll, banking, and daily financial accountability
- review and enter invoices and maintain accurate operational records
- manage inventory, including wine and liquor ordering and controls
