The General Manager role at Jimmy Johns is pivotal to the success of each store location. Physical demands of the job include the ability to lift 30-40 pounds regularly during shifts, stand, bend, reach, and move within refrigerated and freezer environments where temperatures range from 40 degrees Fahrenheit down to -10 degrees Fahrenheit. A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation are mandatory as part of the qualifications. Job Requirements

  • Ability to be mobile in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40 degrees Fahrenheit to -10 degrees Fahrenheit
  • Must be able to perform, teach, and train all aspects of Assistant Manager, PIC, InShopper, and Delivery Driver positions as needed
  • Willingness to coach and task-manage employees
  • Ability to handle fast-paced and high stress situations in the store
  • Organize and establish priorities in the store with minimal supervision
  • Must have a valid driver license, car, and clean driving record
