We are currently seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to take charge of one of our properties and manage it with a true sense of pride and ownership. The Hotel Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring the smooth and profitable running of the hotel while maintaining our drug-free workplace standards and upholding strict compliance with health and safety regulations.

The Hotel Manager will be a pivotal figure in the organization, responsible for all facets of hotel management from frontline guest interactions to backend strategic planning and reporting. This includes supervising staff across departments such as front desk, housekeeping, kitchen, and maintenance, as well as managing budgets, expenses, and financial reports. The role demands someone who is as comfortable dealing with guest complaints and solutions as they are in collaborating with external vendors, suppliers, travel agencies, and event planners.

Success in this role requires outstanding leadership skills and the ability to build and guide a cohesive, well-functioning team.
