Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid drivers license
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and move at a rapid pace for extended periods
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in hot or cold environments
- Must be able to work 50 to 55 hours per week including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years experience as a General Manager or strong Assistant Manager in a full service or fast paced restaurant
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and guest service abilities
- Solid understanding of budgeting, cost controls, and profit and loss management
- Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office
- Self motivated, dependable, and detail oriented
Job Duties
- Lead all daily restaurant operations including front and back of house
- Manage labor scheduling to ensure optimal staffing levels
