The position available is for a Restaurant General Manager, a critical leadership role focused on driving successful restaurant operations and fostering a positive team culture. This is a full-time role that requires a dedication of approximately 50 hours per week, offering a balance of challenge and reward for a driven individual passionate about leadership in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Compensation includes performance bonuses earned every four weeks based on the restaurant’s success, complemented by comprehensive health benefits covering medical, dental, and vision care for the employee and their family.
