Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations
- Ensure execution of company policies, procedures, programs and systems
- Lead, interview, select, train and develop shift supervisors, restaurant managers and crew members
- Create and maintain an engaged employee environment and culture
- Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices
- Communicate effectively with the store team including managers, supervisors and crew
- Adapt to and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
