Job Description

Wendy's, a globally recognized fast-food restaurant chain, is known for its commitment to quality, service, cleanliness, and community values. Founded on a philosophy of providing fresh, made-to-order food in a friendly environment, Wendy's has grown into one of the most beloved quick-service restaurant brands worldwide. The company is dedicated to creating joy and opportunity through food, family, and community, emphasizing a supportive and inclusive work culture. Wen-Robb, LLC, a franchisee owned and operated by Larry Robbins, exemplifies these values through its 10 restaurant locations serving the Peachtree City, Fayetteville, Griffin, Barnesville, and Atlanta areas in Georgia. This franchise treats its team members like family, promoting a close-knit, motivating atmosphere where every employee's potential is nurtured. The fact that all of their general managers began as crew members and advanced through dedication and hard work speaks volumes about the growth opportunities available within the company.

Wendy's is currently hiring General Managers who are driven, career-minded individuals with a passion for leadership and excellence in the hospitality industry. This role is integral to maintaining the high standards customers expect while fostering a fun and family-oriented workplace culture. As a General Manager at Wendy's, you will lead the restaurant management team to achieve sales and budget goals, provide superior customer service, and ensure compliance with company policies related to quality, service, and cleanliness. Your ability to build a cohesive team and motivate employees will directly contribute to the restaurant's profitability and operational success. The position offers a stable work environment with flexible schedules that support employees' quality of life.

General Managers at Wendy’s enjoy a competitive salary complemented by an attractive benefits package designed to reward hard work and commitment. Benefits include bonus opportunities, a company 401k plan, paid sick and holiday leave during major holidays like Thanksgiving and Christmas, paid vacation time, and uniforms. The work environment is lively and energetic, encouraging leaders who thrive in dynamic settings. Wendy's supports its employees with a robust support network and ample career development options that allow for growth from within the organization. Additionally, the company offers innovative payment features such as the Instant App, enabling employees to access a portion of their wages the day after working, enhancing financial flexibility.

The role also demands responsibility in managing operational costs, including labor, food, and paper, to optimize profitability. Hiring and personnel decisions, training, and upholding strong communication channels with district and area management are fundamental duties. This opportunity is ideal for those seeking to step into a leadership role, advance their career in restaurant management, or run their own franchise unit eventually. With Wendy’s commitment to creating a supportive family atmosphere and a strong focus on employee development, individuals who work hard and demonstrate leadership qualities can achieve unlimited career growth and professional success.
