Job Requirements

  • education level: high school diploma or equivalent
  • proven experience in restaurant management
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • excellent communication skills
  • knowledge of budgeting and cost control
  • capability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
  • availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, bend, reach, kneel, and perform repetitive motions
