The role of the General Manager is critical to the success of our restaurant. The General Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant, ensuring all aspects run smoothly and efficiently. The General Manager must ensure all administrative and accounting duties are performed according to company policy. This position requires extensive previous general management experience, ideally within a casual dining restaurant environment, where the candidate demonstrates the ability to lead a diverse team effectively. Physical demands include standing and exhibiting well-paced mobility for periods of up to 12 hours and the ability to lift 25 to 50 pounds.
