  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Ability to stand and move for most if not all of your shift
  • Comfortable with occasional lifting of 25-50 lbs
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to take direction well and eagerness to learn new skills
  • Willingness to go the extra mile to fix problems and make things right
  • Capable of handling weather-related tasks such as taking out trash in rain or working the drive-thru during summer
  • Proficient in using headset, cash register, and restaurant equipment while following company standards and safety guidelines
