This role of Restaurant General Manager at HRG is a vital leadership position focused on overseeing all facets of daily restaurant operations in accordance with Dunkin' brand standards and franchisee policies. HRG offers a total compensation package ranging from $65,000 to $80,000 annually, along with an exceptional car incentive program where the company pays for your new vehicle, underscoring their commitment to providing outstanding benefits. The General Manager holds responsibility for ensuring excellent customer service, operational efficiency, profitability, and team development through effective recruitment, training, supervision, and ongoing coaching of staff members. A successful General Manager will excel in managing financial aspects such as cash handling, inventory control, and cost management of food and labor while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations. Candidates should have a minimum of two years of restaurant general manager experience, a valid driver's license with reliable transportation, proficiency in basic computer, math, and financial management skills, and fluency in English. Open availability seven days a week with the ability to work at least 50 hours per week and fulfill on-call duties when not on approved paid time off is required. Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of general manager experience in retail restaurant or hospitality required
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Open availability 7 days a week
  • Ability to work a minimum of 50 hours per week
  • Willingness to be on-call 24/7 unless on approved paid time off
