Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training
- able to stand and move for most if not all of the shift
- capable of using restaurant equipment such as headset, register and grill
- reliable transportation for travel to home store and other locations
- eligible to work in the country
- able to pass a background investigation
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in restaurant management or leadership role preferred
- strong leadership and decision-making skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- problem-solving abilities
- commitment to food safety practices
- ability to coach and develop staff
- knowledge of operational and financial management
Job Duties
- Maintain day-to-day financial controls
- create and manage staff schedules
- interview, hire, train and orient team members
- oversee coaching, counseling and staff development
- manage team relations
- exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management
- ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met
