Job Description

This particular location seeks a dedicated and dynamic General Manager to lead and inspire the restaurant team.\n\nThe General Manager at Wendy's plays a crucial role in the day-to-day success of the restaurant by overseeing all aspects of operations and ensuring a high standard of customer service. Reporting directly to a District Manager, the General Manager is responsible for managing restaurant finances, creating and managing staff schedules, hiring and training employees, and fostering a customer-first culture. This role requires a leader who excels in problem-solving, decision making, and team development. The General Manager ensures that the restaurant meets health and safety regulations by supervising proper food handling, equipment maintenance, and facility management. Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training
  • able to stand and move for most if not all of the shift
  • capable of using restaurant equipment such as headset, register and grill
  • reliable transportation for travel to home store and other locations
  • eligible to work in the country
  • able to pass a background investigation

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in restaurant management or leadership role preferred
