Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to pass a background investigation
- Must have or be willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training
- Reliable transportation for occasional travel
- Ability to stand and move throughout most of the shift
- Willingness to lead and develop a team
- Commitment to maintaining brand standards and operational goals
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in restaurant management or leadership roles
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Commitment to food safety and customer service excellence
- Ability to manage financial operations and staffing
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Maintain day-to-day financial controls
- Create and manage staff schedules
- Interview, hire, train and orientate team
- Oversee coaching, counseling, and developing staff and managing team relations
- Exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management
- Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met
- Lead the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals
