Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a management position within the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of business operations and financial principles
- Ability to maintain food safety standards
- Capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently and effectively

- Manage crew member employees in a manner that maximizes crew retention
- Interview and hire team members
- Provide proper training for team members
