The compensation package for this role starts at $63,000 and can go up to $83,000 annually, complemented by benefits including medical, short-term disability, long-term disability, life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance, paid time off, quarterly bonus potential, and innovative compensation options such as On Demand Pay allowing you to get paid quickly. Wendy's culture is rooted in mutual respect, diversity, and the inclusion of all individuals regardless of race, religion, nationality, gender, or identity, and commits to providing reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities.
