Job Duties
- Ensure attainment of budgeted goals for all hotel departments
- Monitor compliance with labor standards and staffing guidelines
- Conduct daily huddles, weekly staff meetings, and monthly safety meetings
- Audit departmental procedures and modify as needed
- Monitor rooms inventory and merchandising procedures
- Conduct daily and bi-weekly property inspections
- Evaluate guest complaints and ensure corrective actions are implemented
