Job Duties

  • Ensure attainment of budgeted goals for all hotel departments
  • Monitor compliance with labor standards and staffing guidelines
  • Conduct daily huddles, weekly staff meetings, and monthly safety meetings
  • Audit departmental procedures and modify as needed
  • Monitor rooms inventory and merchandising procedures
  • Conduct daily and bi-weekly property inspections
  • Evaluate guest complaints and ensure corrective actions are implemented
