Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Neat, clean and professional appearance
- Exhibit a sense of urgency
- Ability to travel to other restaurants or meetings as needed
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Frequent bending, kneeling, lifting 25-50 lbs
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- One year of restaurant management experience
- Excellent math skills including basic computations and algebra concepts
- Fluent English-speaking and writing skills
- Strong work ethic
- Highly collaborative nature
- Up-beat and engaging personality
Job Duties
- Provide vision and leadership to Crew, Shift Supervisors and Restaurant Managers
- Ensure excellent customer service and positive dining experience
- Monitor and reinforce food safety procedures
- Maximize store sales and profit goals
- Maintain quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- Develop and mentor team members
- Identify and solve operational problems
