The Restaurant General Manager (RGM) position is a pivotal leadership role within the restaurant industry, responsible for the overall operations, profitability, guest satisfaction, and team management of a single restaurant location. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth daily functioning and success of the restaurant by leading a team typically ranging from 20 to 45 employees, including Assistant Managers, Hourly Shift Coordinators, and Team Members. Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience
- Strong understanding of P&L management
- Ability to prioritize own and others work
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Understanding of guest service principles
- Availability to work evenings weekends and holidays
- Ability to work long and or irregular shifts
