Job Requirements
- Must be age 16 or older
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to stand and move for most if not all of your shift
- Occasional lifting of 25-50 lbs is required
- Comfortable handling weather-related tasks like taking out trash in the rain or working the drive-thru during summer
- Able to use a headset, cash register, and restaurant equipment while following company standards and safety guidelines
Job Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to take direction well and eagerness to learn new skills
- Experience in team leadership or management preferred
- Knowledge of food safety standards and operational procedures
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
