Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods with periodic breaks
  • Perform repetitive motions including chopping, stirring, carrying, and equipment operation
  • Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, stretching, twisting, and reaching
  • Ability to walk stairs and use a step ladder
  • Occasional sitting, talking, and active listening
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly using proper techniques or assistance
  • Ability to move quickly and efficiently in the kitchen
  • Compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Work in a loud, fast-paced environment
  • Adaptability to varying temperature zones and exposure to heat, noise, and cleaning chemicals
  • Use of personal protective equipment and adherence to safety protocols

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Proven leadership and team development skills
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in fast-casual or quick-service restaurant preferred
  • Financial acumen with budget and cost control knowledge
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail in maintaining food quality and safety
