Job Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods with periodic breaks
Perform repetitive motions including chopping, stirring, carrying, and equipment operation
Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, stretching, twisting, and reaching
Ability to walk stairs and use a step ladder
Occasional sitting, talking, and active listening
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly using proper techniques or assistance
Ability to move quickly and efficiently in the kitchen
Compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations

Job Qualifications

At least 2 years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
Proven leadership and team development skills
Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
Experience in fast-casual or quick-service restaurant preferred
Financial acumen with budget and cost control knowledge
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks effectively
Attention to detail in maintaining food quality and safety
