Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods with periodic breaks
- Perform repetitive motions including chopping, stirring, carrying, and equipment operation
- Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, stretching, twisting, and reaching
- Ability to walk stairs and use a step ladder
- Occasional sitting, talking, and active listening

Job Qualifications
- At least 2 years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in fast-casual or quick-service restaurant preferred
- Financial acumen with budget and cost control knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks effectively
- Attention to detail in maintaining food quality and safety
