This role is for a General Manager position at a Wendy's franchise location in Flower Mound, TX. As a General Manager, you will have the exciting responsibility of overseeing all personnel and daily operations of your Wendy’s restaurant. You will be instrumental in fostering a fun, engaging, and productive work environment while embodying Wendy's core values every day. Your leadership will be critical in driving customer service excellence, staff training and development, operational performance, and profit growth.

You and your leadership team will collaborate to establish a culture where consistency and accountability thrive, influencing every member of the restaurant team to perform at their best. Managing the Profit & Loss (P&L) statement will be part of your key responsibilities, ensuring strict cost control and achieving specified profit goals. You will identify areas for improvement whether through revenue enhancement, enhanced customer service, or streamlining processes, all aimed at growing the business and maintaining operational efficiency.
