Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant or retail management
  • strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • effective communication abilities
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • must be able to stand for extended periods
  • flexible availability including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant

  • coach and develop the restaurant team to promote engagement and productivity
  • manage financial performance including budgeting and forecasting
  • maintain compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations
  • oversee inventory and supply chain management
  • drive sales and implement marketing initiatives
