Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous management experience in a restaurant setting
- Ability to lead a team of 20-50 employees
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Commitment to following laws and regulations
- Hands-on ability to coach and train others
- Motivation to surpass sales goals
Job Qualifications

- Experience in fast-food or restaurant management

- Knowledge of Federal, State, and local laws related to restaurant operations

Job Duties
- Maximize restaurant sales and profit goals versus budget and prior year
- Ensure HQSC standards are met or exceeded
- Develop subordinates, build bench, execute proper concept training
- Champion Wendy's operating systems
- Lead and direct daily activities of 20-50 employees
- Adhere to Federal, State, and local laws
- Coach and train team members effectively
