Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous management experience preferred
- Ability to lead a team of 20-50 employees
- Strong sales-driven mindset
- Willingness to adhere to all applicable laws and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Job Qualifications
- Leadership experience in a restaurant or similar environment
- Proven ability to train and develop team members
- Strong understanding of sales and profit management
- Familiarity with Wendy's operating systems preferred
- Effective communication and coaching skills

Job Duties
- Maximize restaurant sales and profit goals versus budget and prior year
- Ensure HQSC standards are met or exceeded
- Develop subordinates and build bench
- Execute proper concept training
- Champion Wendy's operating systems
- Lead and direct daily activities of 20-50 employees
- Follow federal, state and local laws
