Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- reliable transportation to travel to assigned store and other locations
- willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by end of training
- ability to stand and move for most of the shift
- ability to use restaurant equipment such as headset, register, and grill
- eligible to work in the country and pass background check
- commitment to following brand standards and guidelines
- willingness to lead management team
- strong work ethic and positive attitude
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior management experience in a fast-food or restaurant environment preferred
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- ability to maintain a customer-first attitude
- commitment to food safety practices
- effective communication skills
- ability to motivate and develop a team
Job Duties
- Maintain day-to-day financial controls
- create and manage staff schedules
- interview, hire, train and orientate team
- oversee coaching, counseling, and developing staff and managing team relations
- exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management
- ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met
- lead the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals
