This particular opportunity is for a General Manager position at a Wendy's franchise located at 4800 Menaul NE, Albuquerque, NM 87110. The General Manager serves as the restaurant's first in command and plays a critical role in maintaining operational excellence. Working closely with the District Manager, the General Manager oversees daily restaurant operations, including team leadership, staff training, inventory and cash management, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with food safety and preparation standards. This role is vital in upholding Wendy’s renowned customer satisfaction by creating an inviting and safe environment for employees and guests alike.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-year restaurant management experience
  • ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
  • desire to learn and willingness to accept feedback
  • must have a great personality, a desire to serve guests, and enjoy working as part of a team
  • strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • mobility i.e. bending, reaching, wiping, and carrying
  • all positions require long periods of standing without a break
