We are currently seeking a hands-on, growth-minded General Manager to lead one of our high-volume quick service restaurant locations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in restaurant management and a proven track record of developing management teams. You should possess a strong understanding of labor management, food cost control, and restaurant financials to drive profitability without compromising guest satisfaction. A ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain one is preferred, along with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Our General Manager role offers comprehensive training and onboarding support, a competitive base salary ranging from $49,000 to $57,000 depending on experience, and performance-based bonuses that reward your hard work and results.
