Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of restaurant General Manager experience
  • Proven success leading and developing management teams
  • Strong understanding of labor management, food cost, and restaurant financials
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • ServSafe certification preferred or willingness to obtain
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Hamburger University Graduate
  • Valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • Recruit, train, coach, and retain a high-performing restaurant team
  • Set and maintain high standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations to achieve performance goals
  • Control labor, food, and operating costs while driving profitability
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards
  • Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment
  • Lead by example and develop future leaders within the restaurant
  • Deliver an exceptional guest experience on every shift
