Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior management experience in the restaurant or food service industry
- availability to work long and flexible hours
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- ability to lead and develop a team effectively

- experience in restaurant management or similar leadership role
- ability to train and motivate a team
- knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- proficiency in managing budgets and financial reports
Job Duties
- provide the team with skill, leadership, training and motivation to run a great restaurant

- operate the restaurant 24/7
- work a scheduled work week of 5 days, 10 hour shifts or more as needed
