Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- High school diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred
- 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience
- Strong understanding of P&L management and drivers of restaurant profitability
- Ability to prioritize own and others' work and time to meet deadlines and objectives
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed

Job Duties
- Manage the daily operations of the restaurant including profitability, guest service, people, and operations
- Oversee the restaurant P&L and review key financial metrics to drive profitability
- Motivate and lead team members to exceed guest expectations with accurate, friendly, and fast service
- Handle guest issues promptly and develop action plans based on feedback
- Recruit, onboard, and train new team members and guide them through certification
- Implement recognition programs and provide coaching and feedback to improve performance
- Manage labor scheduling and staffing to optimize operations
- Ensure compliance with government regulations, employment laws, and company policies
- Maintain operational and brand standards
- Perform duties of Assistant Manager and Hourly Shift Coordinator when necessary
