Job Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen years of age
  • High school diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred
  • 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience
  • Strong understanding of P&L management and drivers of restaurant profitability
  • Ability to prioritize own and others' work and time to meet deadlines and objectives
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed

Job Duties

  • Manage the daily operations of the restaurant including profitability, guest service, people, and operations
  • Oversee the restaurant P&L and review key financial metrics to drive profitability
  • Motivate and lead team members to exceed guest expectations with accurate, friendly, and fast service
  • Handle guest issues promptly and develop action plans based on feedback
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new team members and guide them through certification
  • Implement recognition programs and provide coaching and feedback to improve performance
  • Manage labor scheduling and staffing to optimize operations
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations, employment laws, and company policies
  • Maintain operational and brand standards
  • Perform duties of Assistant Manager and Hourly Shift Coordinator when necessary
