Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Perform repetitive motions including chopping, stirring, and operating equipment
- Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, and reaching
- Capability to walk stairs and use step ladders
- Occasional sitting, talking, and listening
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds with assistance as needed
- Ability to move quickly and efficiently in a kitchen environment
- Compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
Job Qualifications
- At least two years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Strong customer service and complaint resolution abilities
- Financial management experience including budgeting and cost control
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
