This position demands dynamic leadership to hire and develop talented team members, cultivate a positive and productive work culture, and manage business operations for optimal performance. General Managers play a crucial role in ensuring that every guest receives top-notch hospitality and service while maintaining high operational standards. They are responsible for overseeing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, hiring, training, development, scheduling, and performance management.

In this role, you will also manage financial aspects such as profit and loss control, sales forecasting, and achieving sales and cash flow targets. This position offers an estimated base salary ranging from $66,000 to $93,000 annually, with quarterly cash bonuses based on performance indicators.
