Through comprehensive training, including an eight-week program with varied learning methods such as online modules, in-person coaching, and hands-on experience, the candidate will be well-equipped to succeed. A unique electronic learning platform called The Proof supports ongoing development, ensuring managers have the resources to foster career progression for themselves and their teams.
Key responsibilities of this management role include handling daily restaurant operations, managing the profit and loss statement, forecasting and controlling labor costs, enforcing portion controls, and preparing budgets. The manager will also focus on communication across various levels—from employees to senior leadership—and maintain a safe and hygienic environment adhering to sanitation standards.
