California Pizza Kitchen is currently seeking a Front of House (FOH) Manager to join their dedicated team. This managerial role is vital in maintaining CPK’s reputation for delivering exceptional guest experiences, leading a talented team, and ensuring the operational and financial success of the restaurant. The FOH Manager will have the opportunity to cultivate a warm and welcoming hospitality environment while managing daily activities that promote team development and exceed guest expectations. With a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $85,000 annually, this full-time position offers a comprehensive benefits package inclusive of medical, dental, vision, and disability insurance, alongside a 401K plan.

The ideal candidate will bring at least two years of FOH management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant setting. The role demands exceptional leadership skills to motivate and inspire a diverse team by fostering a culture built on CPK’s core values. The FOH Manager will also be responsible for managing the restaurant’s profit and loss statement, overseeing labor expenditures, forecasting sales, practicing portion control, and maintaining budgetary goals. Emphasis is placed on clear and effective communication with employees, guests, suppliers, and senior management to ensure seamless operations.
