This opportunity is for a General Manager role at a Wendy's franchise located at 1155 S. Dobson Rd., Mesa, AZ 85202. The General Manager plays a crucial leadership role within the restaurant, acting as the first in command and working closely with the District Manager to oversee daily operations. This position is responsible for managing and developing the restaurant's team, ensuring high standards of food quality, customer service, and operational efficiency are maintained. The General Manager will be actively involved in interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, and orienting new team members to foster a positive workplace culture. Bilingual candidates are preferred to serve a diverse customer base effectively.
