Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience
- one to two years related experience and/or training
- knowledge of company’s operating systems and procedures
- knowledge of company’s policies and procedures
- knowledge of profit and loss analysis and corrective measures
- supervisory practices
- planning and budgeting
- interviewing practices
- training and development practices
- knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws
- Serve-Safe certification
- attendance of GM Core classes and Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire or promotion

- attendance of GM Core classes and Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire or promotion
Job Duties
- Manage operations and staff of Wendy’s restaurant
- execute all company policies, procedures, programs, and systems
- ensure objectives are reached in all areas following company guidelines
- ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and ethical business practices
- provide leadership, direction, training, and development to subordinate managers and crew
- perform profit and loss analysis and implement corrective measures
- maintain high standards of customer service and food quality
