This position is for a General Manager role at a Wendy's restaurant operated by WKS Restaurant Group's franchise. The General Manager is accountable for managing the daily operations and staff of the Wendy's location, ensuring that all company policies, procedures, programs, and systems are executed effectively. The role requires a leader capable of meeting operational objectives in all areas while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local laws as well as ethical business standards. The General Manager provides strategic direction, training, and development to subordinate managers and crew, fostering a productive and efficient team environment.
