Job Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent operational experience
  • 1-2 years restaurant management experience
  • Ability to perform all restaurant operations positions and functions
  • Must be able to stand for long periods without breaks
  • Must be physically capable to perform inspections, move supplies, and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to travel to multiple stores as needed
  • Willingness to work in hot and cold environments
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

  • College degree or equivalent experience in operations
  • 1-2 years management or operations experience in the restaurant industry
  • Knowledge of Wendy's operating systems and procedures
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills
  • Understanding of P&L analysis and budget management
  • Ability to train and develop staff
  • Familiarity with labor laws and employee relations
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Meets budgeted sales targets
  • Sets controllable cost targets
  • Develops and executes a local store marketing plan
  • Hires, trains, and terminates subordinate managers
  • Trains store personnel to uphold quality and customer service standards
  • Writes and executes store cleaning and maintenance plans
  • Manages production labor control and food cost control
  • Conducts management performance reviews
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and safety regulations
  • Manages employee relations and grievance processes
  • Conducts regular store inspections and responds to customer feedback
  • Maintains store operational goals and store systems for consistent operations
