Job Requirements
- College degree or equivalent operational experience
- 1-2 years restaurant management experience
- Ability to perform all restaurant operations positions and functions
- Must be able to stand for long periods without breaks
- Must be physically capable to perform inspections, move supplies, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel to multiple stores as needed
- Willingness to work in hot and cold environments
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent experience in operations
- 1-2 years management or operations experience in the restaurant industry
- Knowledge of Wendy's operating systems and procedures
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Understanding of P&L analysis and budget management
- Ability to train and develop staff
- Familiarity with labor laws and employee relations
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
Job Duties
- Meets budgeted sales targets
- Sets controllable cost targets
- Develops and executes a local store marketing plan
- Hires, trains, and terminates subordinate managers
- Trains store personnel to uphold quality and customer service standards
- Writes and executes store cleaning and maintenance plans
- Manages production labor control and food cost control
- Conducts management performance reviews
- Ensures compliance with company policies and safety regulations
- Manages employee relations and grievance processes
- Conducts regular store inspections and responds to customer feedback
- Maintains store operational goals and store systems for consistent operations
