The General Manager role at Chipotle is an exciting leadership opportunity designed for individuals passionate about hospitality and growth. This role involves managing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, hiring, training, and development of crew members, shift leaders, and apprentices. Leading a team in a fast-paced environment, you will oversee various critical aspects of restaurant management such as scheduling, profit and loss control, sales forecasting, and staff development. You will also play an essential role in digital order management and marketing initiatives, engaging with the local community to promote sales and brand loyalty. This position requires a hands-on approach for ensuring the restaurant remains clean, welcoming, and guest-ready while maintaining financial success and meeting sales and cash flow goals.

This full-time position entails working lunch, dinner, and weekend shifts to provide consistent leadership across all operating hours. Physical demands include standing and walking for up to 10 hours per day, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in varying temperatures typical of a kitchen environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team are paramount to success in this role.
