Job Requirements

  • minimum age of 18 years
  • prior experience managing high volume restaurants
  • understanding of quick service restaurant operations
  • ability to lead and develop a team
  • strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • excellent communication skills
  • commitment to maintaining company standards

Job Qualifications

  • previous general manager experience in high volume locations
  • experience in quick service restaurants preferred
  • background in hospitality or retail industries is beneficial
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • age 18 or older as per company policy

Job Duties

  • run a profitable restaurant and ensure high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • work with leaders to set restaurant goals and develop plans to achieve them
  • lead and support Department Managers by setting goals, following up on progress, and providing coaching
  • hire and develop Department and Shift Managers for future leadership needs
  • oversee day-to-day operations to maintain customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
  • manage budgets, labor costs, and inventory levels to optimize profitability
  • ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
