Job Requirements

- understanding of quick service restaurant operations

Job Qualifications
- previous general manager experience in high volume locations
- experience in quick service restaurants preferred
- background in hospitality or retail industries is beneficial
- strong leadership and team management skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- age 18 or older as per company policy
Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant and ensure high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- work with leaders to set restaurant goals and develop plans to achieve them
- lead and support Department Managers by setting goals, following up on progress, and providing coaching
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers for future leadership needs
- oversee day-to-day operations to maintain customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
- manage budgets, labor costs, and inventory levels to optimize profitability
- ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
