Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older to work in management
- Must be a legal U.S. citizen
- Must have a California Food Handler Card verified by an accredited source training provided at orientation
- Commitment to excellence and safety in the workplace
- Strong customer service and support skills
- Effective communication abilities and anticipation of customer needs
- Ability to provide solutions and make decisions in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Lead the experience by managing all aspects within the restaurant including food production guest service and experience and directing crew and manager work
- Plan for success by proactively leading and managing People processes including recruiting hiring onboarding staffing performance management training coaching and motivating
- Be in the know by planning for and making critical business decisions around inventory budget and food ordering costs
- Take action first by ensuring food safety measures are set and achieved to McDonald's standards of excellence
- Inspire and empower by maintaining high level of standard for guest and employee safety
- Be results oriented by overseeing all operational needs of the restaurant including maintenance plans to meet and exceed standards of excellence
