Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older to work in management
  • Must be a legal U.S. citizen
  • Must have a California Food Handler Card verified by an accredited source training provided at orientation
  • Commitment to excellence and safety in the workplace
  • Strong customer service and support skills
  • Effective communication abilities and anticipation of customer needs
  • Ability to provide solutions and make decisions in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in food service or restaurant management preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to safety and quality standards
  • Customer service experience

Job Duties

  • Lead the experience by managing all aspects within the restaurant including food production guest service and experience and directing crew and manager work
  • Plan for success by proactively leading and managing People processes including recruiting hiring onboarding staffing performance management training coaching and motivating
  • Be in the know by planning for and making critical business decisions around inventory budget and food ordering costs
  • Take action first by ensuring food safety measures are set and achieved to McDonald's standards of excellence
  • Inspire and empower by maintaining high level of standard for guest and employee safety
  • Be results oriented by overseeing all operational needs of the restaurant including maintenance plans to meet and exceed standards of excellence
