Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in restaurant management or a related field
  • availability to operate the restaurant 24/7 as needed
  • willingness to work five days a week with ten or more hour shifts
  • ability to hire and train staff
  • strong organizational skills
  • excellent interpersonal skills

  • previous restaurant management experience preferred
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to train and develop staff
  • knowledge of restaurant operations
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
