As a General Manager at Wendy's, you will play a pivotal role in providing strong leadership to your restaurant team. Your responsibilities will include training, motivating, and managing staff to ensure that daily operations run smoothly and meet Wendy's established standards for customer satisfaction and quality. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in restaurant management or a related field
- availability to operate the restaurant 24/7 as needed
