This job opportunity is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald’s logos and food products, distinct from McDonald’s USA. This franchisee operates as a separate business entity and serves as the employer, responsible for all employment matters, including recruitment, staffing, supervision, and employee relations. McDonald’s USA is not involved in employment decisions and holds no control over staffing or scheduling at this location. The position available is for a General Manager role within this independently owned McDonald’s restaurant. The General Manager holds a vital leadership responsibility, tasked with running a profitable restaurant that consistently meets McDonald’s rigorous standards for quality, service, and cleanliness. In this role, the General Manager will lead a team of Department Managers, each responsible for specific operational areas within the restaurant.
