Job Requirements

  • minimum age of 18 years
  • previous experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role
  • strong leadership and management capabilities
  • effective communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • commitment to uphold McDonald’s quality, service, and cleanliness standards
  • willingness to hire and develop staff

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience as a General Manager in high volume locations
  • experience in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail
  • leadership and team management skills
  • ability to set and achieve business goals
  • strong communication and coaching abilities
  • understanding of customer service standards
  • minimum age of 18 years

Job Duties

  • run a profitable restaurant that meets McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • set and achieve the restaurant’s goals in collaboration with leadership
  • lead and support a team of Department Managers by setting goals and providing coaching
  • hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build an effective leadership team
  • oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance
  • monitor and improve departmental progress to enhance overall restaurant performance
