Job Requirements

Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant that meets McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- set and achieve the restaurant’s goals in collaboration with leadership
- lead and support a team of Department Managers by setting goals and providing coaching
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build an effective leadership team
- oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance
- monitor and improve departmental progress to enhance overall restaurant performance
