- Previous management experience in a restaurant or fast-food environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Manage the operations and staff of the Wendy's restaurant
- Execute all company policies, procedures, programs, and systems
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and ethical business practices
- Provide leadership, direction, training, and development to subordinate managers and crew
- Interview, hire, train and orientate team members
- Maintain excellent customer satisfaction
- Conduct inventory counting and recording
- Maintain proper cash management
